Marketing Promotion

The scope of our activities includes:

— Market analysis (dynamics, trends, insights, competitors, planning sales volumes and finding solutions for sales) pricing, promotion strategy, budgeting, communication and a set of marketing activities

— Development and support of logistics flows for your products on the market of the Republic of Belarus: work with wholesale distributors to plan import schedules as well as with local pharmacy chains (retail distribution, establishment or activation of sales at points of sale).

— Organization of processes aimed at creating contacts and obtaining support from leading opinion leaders in the Republic of Belarus to increase brand awareness, target audience loyalty, and stimulate sales.

— Development of new and/or adaptation of promotional materials (visuals, leaflets, booklets, manuals, memos, etc.) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as preparation of presentations, lectures, publications on your company’s products and/or medical topics.

— Conducting master classes, presentations, debates, etc. on your company’s products in healthcare organizations, at exhibitions, advanced training courses, departments of postgraduate education, etc.

– Organization and holding of medical events in offline-online format (conferences, seminars, round tables, presentations, etc.).

— Legal support, document flow in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
